1. How to Buy?
  • Here’s a quick guide to help you register and proceed with your payment:

    2. Add the Course to Cart: Click the “Add to Cart” button on the course page.
    3. View Cart: Once the course is added, go to your cart by clicking the cart icon or the “View Cart” button.
    4. Proceed to Checkout: On the cart page, select “Proceed to Checkout.”
    5. Login or Register: If you already have an account, log in with your credentials. If you’re new, there should be an option to register by filling out your details in the checkout section.
    6. Complete Payment: After registration, you can finalize your payment using WooCommerce’s secure checkout system. Select your payment method and complete your purchase.
    7. Order Complete: You will receive a download link in your order confirmation email after purchase!

 

2. How do access my order?
  • After your purchase, you will see a “View your orders” link that directs you to the Downloads page. Here, you can download all the files associated with your order.
  • Downloads become available once your payment is confirmed. We will also send you a download notification email, separate from any transaction notification emails you receive from Vinlearn.
  • Since it is a digital copy, we suggest downloading and saving it to your hard drive. If the link is broken for any reason, please contact us, and we will resend the new download link.
  • If you cannot find the download link, please don’t worry. We will update and notify you as soon as possible between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM (UTC+8).
3. Why should you buy the courses on our website?
  • Our purpose is to help people around the world have the opportunity to learn from any online course. That’s why we created this website.
  • We organize group buys of courses from the sales pages and then sell them to those who can’t afford the sales page’s price or those who don’t have strong financial resources. The course content will be exactly the same as if you bought it from the sales page.
  • If you have enough money and want to receive full support from the author, you should purchase the courses directly from the sales page.
4. How long to get the download link after payment?
  • Most of the products are available for instant download (85% of products can be downloaded immediately). However, for some products, we need time to set up and upload the files, which can take between 8 to 48 hours. We will do our best to deliver the download link as quickly as possible.
  • The wait time for pre-orders and course requests is between 1 to 2 weeks.

  • We also offer a request service for any products not available on our website, with a special offer of 80% off the sale page price. This means you only pay 20% of the sale page price to obtain any products you want, typically within 1-2 weeks after payment.
8. Refund policy?
  • We carefully check all product contents and exclude the following: online coaching, software, Facebook group access, and Skype and email support from the author. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for issues related to these contents.
  • We will only issue refunds for products that we are unable to provide.
  • We offer a “no questions asked” refund if the fault lies with us. We value our relationship with our customers. Thus, if you encounter any issues with the course we provide, such as poor quality (e.g., blurry videos, bad sound) or missing files/modules, please contact us for resolution. If we are unable to resolve your issues, we will process a refund for your order within 1-3 business days after our confirmation.
